Job Description:

(1) Lead a team supporting small molecule development efforts from Lead Optimization through early phase development;
(2) Provide physical chemistry, pharmaceutics and solid state chemistry expertise;
(3) Determine the physical-chemical properties of compounds, including solubility, dissolution, solid-state characterization, scaling up and characterization to support salt selection;
(4) Assessing the developability of Candidate compounds to enable downstream development and Providing support for pre-clinical formulation development and characterization

Position Requirements:

Master in chemistry with more than 3 years industry experience in pharmaceutical,chemical or biotech company
