(1) Manage the analytical supports for all Discovery and Development projects;
(2) Assist in laboratory in the execution of project plans whenever necessary;
(3) Recruit, train and develop all analytical and purification chemists;
(4) Design strategy and execution plan for the analytical chemistry department of the future

 

Position Requirements:

 

Bachelor in chemistry with more than 3 years industry experience in pharmaceutical,chemical or biotech company
